Who are our Trusted Advisors?

Sally Evans

Sally is an experienced strategic Organisational Development Consultant and qualified Business Psychologist. With over 30 years’ experience in leadership, human resources, operations and change management, Sally has both the understanding of leading performance and driving results through people. Through her consultancy, Sally supports senior leaders to improve workplace performance through exceptional leadership practice. Working as a Strategic Facilitator, Sally supports Board and senior level teams across the public and private sectors.

As well as excelling in operational and change management roles, her love of learning and her curiosity has led her to several qualifications in Occupational Psychology, Human Resource Management, Law and NLP, as well as Collaborative and Strategic Leadership. Sally is also a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development. Sally is also Founder of LifeBuddy and TeenBuddy, two not for profit businesses that provide support to enable people to live their best lives. 

Sally loves nothing better than being by the beach at every opportunity with her family, including Zac, the labradoodle. Sally is Mum to two lovely boys, Sam and Jack.

Richard Roberts

Richard is an expert in employee engagement and employer branding, Richard has worked as a Generalist HR professional for over twenty years, working for ten years at Virgin.

He joined Virgin Mobile as HR Manager pre-launch in September 1999 to establish the HR function. In April 2005 he became Head of the Engagement team and was then promoted in April 2007 to HR Director.

 

On leaving Virgin Mobile at the end of May 2009 he became a Consultant helping several organisations on HR, Employee Engagement and Employer Branding. Working at Board level and with senior managers he has recently completed Employee Engagement projects for OVO Energy, Active Nation, saintnicks, Factory Media, Gradwell Communications and True Digital.

 

Richard is currently working as a HR Director for Pure Planet 3 days a week and leading the way in innovative and creative ways to attract, engage and retain employees. His specialities are employee engagement and culture, People (HR) expertise and Employer branding. 

 

Over the last few years, he has “presented” at over 20 conferences and delivered a number of Employee Engagement and Employer Branding seminars and workshops in the UK, Europe, Qatar and South Africa.
